I recall these kinds of whiteout conditions when I lived in North Dakota, especially, but in Alaska and Michigan as well. The snow is like a scrim of frozen water flung out into the air by a trickster force. Excellent photo.
Gorgeous but gad! looks like the place next door to where I lived in Québec. Oh yes.
