Brought back memories of many trips to this coast when I lived in Oregon in the 1970′s. Winter was always the best time to go, I think. The sand with the sheen of water/ beaten silver.
Wow. Lovely photograph. And startling to see a place I know so well (the central coast) in another place I know so well (qarrtsiluni)!
Love these days, when the light is trapped between the sky and the water, keeps pushing back and forth between them.
Just about to return to our house in Oregon. This is a wonderful reminder.
